This is an amazing addition to my computing experience. It is a beautifully timed reminder to be expansive and feel connected.

This extension is worth trying for everyone -- it has transformed my work experience from being crunched and loud to spacious and centered. With each reminder (new tab, or sound) I come back to my intent to work from a positive inner space. Using this has made life on my computer feel brighter and special. I love this app. As I am working on the computer it reminds me to take a moment, get present and breath deeply. It brings me back to myself. My favorite app.

I love this Chrome extension because it really works. In my work we use online documents so I am online a lot! I am often chairing meetings, sharing my screen, and each time I open a browser the whole room see the words "bring presence" and it brings such a sense of calm, it is tangible. Way better than a mindfulness timer. Presence draws you in to actually taking time to be mindful. I notice myself using it and not dismissing it like other mindfulness timers. And, by doing this, I can feel a muscle developing to be able to get into a "tuned in" mindful state on demand. This is one of the best mindfulness products I've used. And, the results have been quite impressive so far.

Excellent chrome extension! It helps me return to a place of peace and reconnect me during my day while studying or working. I recommend this to anybody who spends more than an hour a day on their computer. I also love that the photos change everyday and are so beautiful.

Clean and simple reminder to return to yourself and not get 'stuck' in the computer with the associated adrenal drain. Images and sounds compliment it well.
