Presaling LINK puts your deal pipeline one keystroke away on every page you read. Find a listing worth keeping? Press Alt+Shift+S. The page, its link and its pictures land in your Presaling account a second later, ready for XRAY to pull out the price, units, cap rate and the rest. Highlight a few lines first and only those go. WHAT YOU GET ▸ One-keystroke capture: any listing, any page, or just the lines you highlight. Prefer clicking? Use the Send page button on the page, or right-click. ▸ Area facts on every address: street addresses are boxed in green. Click one for the area's income, rents, growth and more, without leaving the page. ▸ Offering memos, saved with their text: open a PDF on a listing and LINK offers to keep it. Presaling stores the file and reads the words out of it. ▸ Jump straight to the property: when Presaling already has the page you're on, one click opens it there. ▸ Earn CLUB credits: be the first to share a page or a document and credits land on your account. ▸ Files from your computer, or as you download them: press Upload to add PDFs, photos or a zip to the page you are on. Switch on Ask to contribute downloads and a file you download on a site you ticked asks "Contribute it?" — one click sends it. ▸ Call alerts: switch it on and a pop-up tells you when your Presaling phone number rings, even with no Presaling tab open. WHERE IT WORKS The shortcut and the right-click menu work on any website. The first time you open LINK, Chrome asks once to let it read pages, so a listing and its pictures can be sent from wherever you find them. LINK draws its buttons and address boxes only on the sites you tick in its list; untick a site and it leaves. Automatic sending, if you switch it on, only sends the kinds of listing page Presaling has approved, and you can turn it off for any site. GETTING STARTED 1. Add LINK to Chrome and click the green P in your toolbar. 2. Sign in with the phone number on your Presaling account. We text you a code. 3. Press Alt+Shift+S on any page. YOUR PRIVACY LINK sends a page only when you ask: with the shortcut, a button or the right-click menu. On a site you tick, it also checks whether each page you open is already on Presaling, so the Send page button can tell you. Automatic capture is off until you switch it on, and then runs only on the sites you tick. LINK never reads your browsing history and sends nothing anywhere except your own Presaling account.
