PrePlay HTTP Bridge

Lets the Premium Player web app (app.preplay.cc) play your own HTTP IPTV sources (Xtream Codes, M3U, XMLTV) without a proxy.

PrePlay HTTP Bridge lets the Premium Player web app (app.preplay.cc) play your own IPTV sources that are served over plain HTTP: Xtream Codes accounts, M3U playlists, XMLTV guides, live channels (HLS and MPEG-TS) and films. A secure (HTTPS) web page is not allowed to read an http:// address, and most IPTV providers do not send the headers a browser needs. With this extension installed, the web app reads your source through the extension instead, right in your browser. There is no proxy server: your lists and streams go from your provider to your browser and nowhere else. How it works • It works on app.preplay.cc only. • The first time you add an HTTP source, the extension asks you, in its own window, whether that source may be read. The browser asks once for access to HTTP sites. • Each source you approve is listed in the extension's toolbar window and can be removed with one click. • Local network and private addresses are always refused; only playlists, guides and streams are read (no cookies, nothing is sent anywhere else). • HTTPS sources keep working as before, without the extension. The extension collects no data and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
