Stop landing in the wrong Google account. If you juggle multiple accounts (personal, work, school), you know the routine: YouTube opens with your work account, Gmail opens with your personal one, and you're constantly clicking your avatar to switch. Preferred Account Login ends that. Assign an account to each service once, and every page opens with the right one automatically. HOW IT WORKS Google already supports picking an account through the "authuser" value in a URL — it's where you land after clicking through the account picker by hand. This extension fills it in for you: open a service you've set a rule for, and it adds your preferred account to the address so the page loads on the right one. It never handles passwords and never signs you in. It only chooses between accounts you are already signed into. FEATURES - One account per service: assign your work account to Gmail, your school account to Drive, and so on. The most specific rule wins, so mail.google.com can use a different account than your google.com default. - Day-based rules: run a rule only on the days you pick, like weekdays for your work account. - Active hours: optionally limit a rule to a time window, like 09:00-18:00, so work stays in work hours. - Works across google.com, youtube.com and ai.google: type any hostname under those domains or paste a URL, with suggestions as you type. New services under them work as soon as they launch, no update needed. - Export and import: save your rules to a JSON file and load them back on another browser or profile. - Per-rule and global toggles: pause a single rule or the whole extension instantly. - Smart loop prevention: safeguards make sure redirects never get stuck in a loop. - Instant feedback: save your changes and the current tab reloads with the right account. That is the whole list. - Your rules live in Chrome's own extension storage. If you have Chrome Sync turned on, Chrome syncs them across your signed-in profiles the same way it syncs bookmarks — that stays between you and Chrome. - Site access is limited to google.com, youtube.com and ai.google. The extension reads the page's address to match a rule. It does not read page content. GETTING STARTED 1. Click the extension icon. 2. Add a service and the email you prefer for it. 3.
