PredictiveLink

This is an extension that helps click on small links using a predictive link algorithm.

I would like to thank Jiri Roznovjak, for publishing the first predictive link paper, as well as John Magee for being my mentor though the process of making this extension. And finally I would like to thank Jason Vazquez-Li, as we wrote a followup paper about predictive link after Jiri's original paper.
