Pre-Med Hours Tracker helps pre-med, pre-PA, pre-dental and other pre-health students keep a running record of their experience hours in one place. What you can do: - Log an entry with the date, hours, category, organization, role and notes. - Add an optional supervisor name and contact for each entry, so you have it ready when you fill out your application. - Use five categories: Clinical, Shadowing, Volunteer, Research and Leadership. - See totals for each category and your overall total. - Edit or delete any entry. - Export your log to a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Each row includes the closest AMCAS experience type to help you organize your Work and Activities section. - Back up your log to a file and restore it on another computer. Your data stays on your device: - Entries are saved in your browser's local storage. - The extension does not send your data anywhere, does not use analytics and does not need an account. - Removing the extension deletes the saved entries, so export a backup first. Please note: this tool organizes the hours you report. It does not verify or certify hours. Schools and application services may ask your supervisors to confirm your experiences.
