PracticeDNA is a workflow intelligence extension powered by CareFortress that helps organizations understand how everyday browser-based work is performed. With user consent and while activity tracking is enabled, PracticeDNA captures relevant work activity and interaction metadata across browser-based applications. Users can exclude specific domains from tracking through PracticeDNA’s Domain/Tool settings by marking them as active Blacklist entries. These activities are analyzed to identify recurring processes, tasks, subtasks, application usage, workflow patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. PracticeDNA helps organizations gain visibility into operational processes, discover repetitive work, identify workflow inefficiencies, and build a clearer understanding of how digital tasks are completed.
