the Extensions do not appear next to a Group

Can create a group, ok. BUT, after I've selected extensions and added to a Group (Move to after selecting) - the Extensions do not appear next to the Group. (Note: the chosen extensions Do dissappear from the Uncategrised Extensions listing). Clicking on the group arrow button does nothing, other than appear to open but nothing listed underneath it. Have created several Groups, and moved Extensions to them, but nothing appears under them.

I don't see the option to enable a group

Can the dev please check? Chrome - Version 72.0.3626.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)
