OPEQ Wallet
Overview
A Solana wallet built to resist quantum computers. Hash-based one-time signatures, verified on chain. Beta.
OPEQ Wallet is a Solana wallet built to resist quantum computers. Today every Solana wallet is protected by an Ed25519 key, and on Solana the address is the public key. A large enough quantum computer could work out the private key from it. OPEQ takes a different route: your funds live in a program address with no Ed25519 key at all, and every transaction is authorized by a hash-based one-time signature (WOTS+inside a Merkle tree) that the OPEQ program verifies on chain. Its security rests only on SHA-256, the same hash Solana itself relies on.
