Great product, had many returns from my outreach and received great customer support.

Support is slow to respond. I went through all their support guidelines before even attempting to contact and did everything that their help page suggested. No luck. So I reach out to support (via email is all they will provide regardless of their advertising). I've been using Dux-Soup for several years, from the free version to the Dux-Soup Cloud, and I'm continually impressed by its capabilities and seamless integration with LinkedIn and my CRM. What stands out the most, however, is the responsive and helpful support team, which is invaluable for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. Great customer support, but the tool is very old and needs an update. It's also very easy to make mistakes and send the wrong campaign if you're not careful.
