The extension is loaded and activated in Chrome Version 104.0.5112.79 (Official Build) (arm64)

I don't see the option for adding a table of contents in Medium's editor.
I don't see the option for adding a table of contents in Medium's editor. I tried reloading the page, exiting Medium and logging in again, etc. The extension is active in my Chrome browser.
