The organisational work Google Tasks has never offered, added directly into the Google Calendar and Google Tasks pages you already use. 🎯 Task priorities, visible at a glance Mark tasks High, Medium or Low and see them colour-coded everywhere — in the Calendar grid and on tasks.google.com. Google Tasks has no concept of priority at all. This is free. Building your own levels, with your own names and colours, comes with Pro. 🗂️ Templates for tasks you create over and over Save a task's description structure and default priority, then apply it in one click. Standups, reviews, recurring admin — set the shape once. You start with two you can edit to suit; Pro removes the limit. 📅 Move every overdue task to today, in one click Google makes you drag overdue tasks forward one at a time. This does the whole backlog at once, from a button in your Calendar. 📝 Create a task from any webpage Right-click anywhere, choose "Create Task", and it's in your list. Select text first and it becomes the description, with the page saved as the source. 🔒 Your tasks stay yours The extension talks to the Google Tasks API directly from your browser using Google's own sign-in. There is no server in between and no account to create. Your tasks, notes and content are never sent to us. ⏱️ A note on durations This extension was built when the Google Tasks API had no way to store how long a task would take, and encoding it in the title was the only option. Google added native durations to Calendar in late 2025, and that is now the better way to set one there – use it.
