Power Automate Expression Helper
Overview
Explain, lint, and fix Power Automate expressions directly in the designer.
Power Automate Expression Helper helps makers write, understand, troubleshoot, and insert workflow expressions while building cloud flows. The extension adds a movable helper panel inside the Power Automate designer. Click an expression field, paste or type an expression, and the helper explains what it does in plain English. It checks common expression problems such as unmatched brackets, missing quotes, smart quotes, hidden characters, wrong function arguments, action names with spaces, unsafe dynamic content paths, and missing null handling. It also includes a searchable expression library with practical examples for text, dates, null safety, conditions, workflow data, arrays, numbers, and conversions. Each example can be copied, analyzed, or inserted into the active Power Automate field. Key features: - Plain-English expression explanations - Static syntax and argument checks - Copy-ready fix suggestions - Searchable maker-friendly expression examples - Intent-to-expression starter suggestions - Insert support for both the fx editor and normal input fields - Draggable helper panel This extension runs locally in the browser. It does not collect, transmit, or store flow data.
