Pounce

Clip the current page into your Timothy knowledgebase.

Pounce clips the page you are reading into your own Timothy knowledgebase. You review the text first. Then you send it to the Timothy URL you set. Install it if you want pages from your browser in Timothy. That includes sites you are already signed into. Pounce reads the tab you asked it to clip. It does not bypass logins. It does not scrape the web in the background. WHAT IT DOES • Clip the current page, or a selected passage • Edit the title and markdown before anything is sent • Pick a collection, or let Timothy choose one • Send the clip only to your Timothy instance HOW TO USE 1. Open Options. Read the data notice. Agree. Save your Timothy URL and API token. 2. Open the page you want. 3. Click Pounce. Or right-click selected text and choose "Clip selection to Timothy". 4. Check the markdown. 5. Click "Send to Timothy". WHY THIS STAYS ON YOUR SIDE The Timothy URL and token stay on this device. They are not synced. Pounce does not use ads or analytics. Page content leaves the device only when you click Send. It goes only to the Timothy URL you saved.
