Everything runs on your device. There's no account to create, no data sent anywhere, and nothing to configure before it's useful. SMART REMINDERS, NOT NAGGING — Tracks active work sessions locally and estimates posture fatigue as you go, so reminders show up when useful, not on a fixed clock. Quick actions (Done, Snooze) let you act without breaking focus, and PosturePilot does its best to stay quiet during full-screen video calls and playback. GUIDED POSTURE COACHING — Step-by-step guidance for the fundamentals (upright sitting, relaxed shoulders, neutral neck/wrists, monitor and keyboard placement) with clear illustrations. A REAL EXERCISE LIBRARY — Guided mobility exercises for the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and wrists, each with an animated illustration, duration, and safety guidance. ERGONOMIC WORKSTATION ASSESSMENT — An interactive, scored checklist covering monitor height, chair/desk setup, keyboard/mouse placement, and lighting, with specific recommendations. YOUR POSTURE, VISUALIZED — A single Posture Score (0–100), sitting/standing time, streaks, a weekly trend chart, and a body map highlighting where your habits suggest attention is needed. GOALS, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND INSIGHTS — Weekly goals, an XP/level achievement system, and personalized insights generated from your own local activity history. BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY WORK — A one-minute onboarding tailors reminders to your occupation, problem areas, and working hours; Settings tune frequency, schedule, and reminder tone. PRIVACY BY DESIGN — No account, no cloud sync, no analytics or ads. All data stays in local browser storage.
