Send personalized mail merges from your Gmail.

Postmerge adds a personalized mail merge feature to Gmail's compose window. It is built for the case where you want to send the same email to many people, but with each one personalized. Outreach, customer follow-ups, fundraising, event invites, anything where "Hi {{firstName}}" matters. How it works: 1. Open Gmail and click Compose. 2. Click the new "Mail Merge" button that Postmerge adds to the compose toolbar. 3. Paste a list of recipients — Postmerge auto-detects pasted CSV, TSV (Sheets/Excel), or a bare list of emails. 4. Write your message once, using {{firstName}}-style variables for the columns you pasted. 5. Click Send. Each recipient gets a personalized message from your real Gmail address. What you get: • Send from your own Gmail — recipients see your real address, not a relay. • Up to your Gmail send limit (500/day for free Gmail, 2,000/day for Workspace). • Inline preview before you send — flip through every personalized message. • Smart paste: drop a Sheets/Excel range, a CSV file, or a column of emails — Postmerge figures out the format. • Variable chips: insert {{firstName}}, {{company}}, etc. with one click. • HTML formatting (bold, italic, links) survives the merge — your emails look like the ones you'd write by hand. What it doesn't do: • No tracking pixels, no opens, no clicks — Postmerge does not modify your messages with tracking. • No data stored on our servers other than your subscription status.
