Postedly – PDF Mail & Fax Check

Check a PDF locally for Postedly US mail, certified mail, fax or postcard limits before you upload and review it.

Prepare a PDF for Postedly US letter, certified mail, fax or postcard services. Choose a PDF on your device. The extension checks its actual PDF structure, size, page count, encryption and page dimensions using a bundled local parser. It flags the dated file and service limits, reserves Postedly’s address page or fax cover, and gives you a review checklist before you upload. Copy or save a text review brief containing file facts, the selected service, issues and your own confirmations. Open Postedly to continue separately; no PDF or review data is attached to that link. Your file stays local. No browser permissions, website reading, tracking, account access, network API calls or persistent extension storage. Close, reload or clear the workspace to discard its state. Explicitly copied/downloaded briefs remain until you remove them. This tool does not send mail or fax, create a quote or order, process payment, edit your file, render a final proof, or guarantee acceptance or delivery. File checks do not establish document readability or legal suitability. Review the original PDF, every page of the final Postedly proof, current eligibility and total on the website. Rules were checked October 25, 2026; current website configuration controls. Supports Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The helper is free; separate website services may cost money. No account or purchase is needed for local checks. Support: hello@soxoa.com
