Post Clipper for X
Overview
Save the X post you are viewing into a private local archive.
Post Clipper for X is a lightweight Chrome extension for saving individual X posts into a private local archive. It is built for one simple job: when you open a post on X and click Save, the extension stores a local copy of that post in your browser so you can revisit it later from a calm reading view. What it does - Saves the X post you are currently viewing - Keeps saved posts in a local archive inside your browser - Preserves structured post content, including text and supported images - Lets you search saved posts from the archive - Lets you export a saved post as a ZIP What it does not do - No cloud sync - No account creation - No bulk scraping - No background crawling - No recovery of posts deleted before you saved them Why use it X posts can disappear, change, or become hard to find. Post Clipper gives you a focused way to keep a personal copy of the posts you choose to save, without turning your archive into another feed. Privacy posture Post Clipper is designed as a local-first personal tool. Saved post data stays in your browser unless you explicitly export it.
