PoshPop is currently in beta mode, and we’re actively working on improving features, simplifying the user experience, and addressing any issues that arise. While we do our best to thoroughly test for bugs before pushing updates, some issues can be unique to individual users or related to settings on a user’s computer rather than the extension itself. These situations can be tricky to anticipate, which is why we encourage users to reach out to us directly so we can troubleshoot and resolve it as quickly as possible for you. On the other hand, we actively listen to the feedback we receive via email and surveys to help us understand your overall experience and identify areas where we can make improvements or add features. This feedback is vital in helping us identify problems and prioritize improvements. When we’re made aware of an issue, we work diligently to immediately troubleshoot and resolve it—often we completely resolve it within 24 to 48 hours. The 24-48 hour delay comes from the time it takes for Google to review and approve the update. Unfortunately, without being notified about a user's specific issue, we’re unable to investigate or provide a solution, so we have to rely on users notifying us of the issue or problems they experience. We typically respond to all emails within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure no one is left waiting for support. You can discontinue your subscription yourself anytime within PoshPop by visiting the Subscriptions tab (dollar sign icon) and clicking the red "Cancel Plan" button.
