Save a job in PoScout and generate its tailored documents. 2. Open the application page from PoScout — the job attaches automatically. 3. Click "Fill this step". Contact details, work history, education, languages, authorization questions, and document uploads land in the right fields. Filled fields flash green so you can see exactly what changed. 4. Review, answer anything the assistant flagged, continue to the next step, and submit yourself. The assistant never clicks Submit. WORKS WHERE YOU APPLY The assistant understands the application forms used by the major applicant tracking systems as well as custom company career sites: multi-step wizards, repeated sections ("Work Experience 2", "Education 3"), searchable dropdowns, split date fields, file uploads, and forms embedded in iframes.
