POS Enhancements for Kahlo Threading A suite of tools built for the Kahlo Threading POS system to save time and surface better information across scheduling, waitlist management, and the client kiosk. Waitlist Dashboard — Real-Time Wait Times Replaces the default waitlist view with a clean, card-based dashboard showing live status for every location. Real-time wait time badge per location (calculated locally — not from the POS estimate) Station summary: Open, Available, In Service, Paused Technicians currently in service with elapsed time Full waiting queue with service totals Click any technician or client row for a detail modal Auto-refreshes every 60 seconds without flickering or blanking the screen Closed locations (no active technicians) are automatically hidden Kiosk — Technician Wait Times Adds estimated wait time badges directly onto each technician button on the client-facing kiosk screen.
