Set it once in Options; every capture after that has it applied automatically. • Straight to Downloads — no extra dialog, no manual "save as": the finished PNG lands in your Downloads folder ready to share. HONEST ABOUT PERMISSIONS AND NETWORK • Reads and captures only the page you're currently on (activeTab + scripting), and only after you click the toolbar icon — no background scanning of pages you didn't ask about. • downloads is used for exactly one thing: saving the finished screenshot, so you don't have to resolve a "Save as" dialog every time. • Your watermark config (text/image/position/opacity) is stored locally (chrome.storage.local) — never synced, never sent anywhere. • 100% local.
