Supported portals: Idealista (Portugal & Spain) Zillow (United States) Casa SAPO (Portugal) RE/MAX Portugal Hemnet (Sweden) How it works: Open any property listing on a supported site The [ SEND TO PORTEOS ] button appears in the bottom-right corner Click it — the deal is imported into Porteos Intelligence in seconds Once imported, Porteos calculates the Porteos Score, runs an AI-powered SWOT analysis, applies local market benchmarks, and integrates the deal into your portfolio dashboard. Requirements: Porteos Intelligence for macOS must be running The ingestion server must be active (visible as the HTTP indicator in the app) Porteos Intelligence is available for macOS 13 and later.
