Frustrated
Have it on phone cannot downlad it to computer! Getting very frustrated. Perhaps if I pay for it again, it will stick but will you refund me the money? If I do not get this resolved this time, i will have to cancell. I like it for my phone. HELP

extension dashboard not opening
Hey there,
I am a premium member of blockerx but since last night i am unable to open blockerx as i a want to add my premium id yo my laptop but beacuse of that bug i am unable to do so. I already complained about this through my android app with the registered mail id with id ticket id #18228 but it didn't resolved yet. So currently this extension is of my no use also i am a premium member. So better return my money in my source account or fix this bug as soon as possible.

Extension not working
After downloading the uninstall protector, extension not working. Can't even access the dashboard. Can't Unistall. Pls suggest.

I can easily change the setting "incognito mode" without additional verification code
Hello dear blockerx service,
I can easily access porn sites by switching the button off which allows the extension to block porn sites as well in the incognito mode. It happens the same also in my microsoft edge browser because I also installed it there. Can you please fix it ? Thanks

My extension stopped working after I installed the "uninstall protector for BlockerX"
After downloading the uninstall protector, the extension was working fine, however after few weeks it has automatically stopped working altogether. Please fix this issue I don't want to relapse because of issues with my BlockerX extension, I cannot afford another relapse please see to it that my concern is treated as highly important and resolved ASAP! Thank you!
