Emphasis on strict. By default, the extension will ask you if you really do want to go to a popup, even if its something like a new window to sign into your google account! Its so small but actually so powerful. Of course, you can make it so it always allows popups from a certain website. Quite good. Suggestion: add an option to make the notification bigger. On a large monitor it's really small and in the corner of the browser, so not very convenient.

Thank, thank, thank you! There are a few websites I need to use, despite my annoyance, that seem to need to display pop-up ads. This works very well, even on pop-ups that other apps let show.

So far has worked exactly how I expected! Just make sure to turn off the notifications so u wont get pop ups of pop ups being blocked all the time.
