Poof · Auto-Hide Cursor
Overview
Makes the cursor vanish while you watch. Add any site, set your delay, and the pointer disappears when idle.
Some video players never hide the mouse cursor. You press play, lean back — and there it sits, a little arrow parked over the picture. Poof fixes that. 🪄 How it works Open a website, click “Add site”, and Poof takes it from there. Whenever your mouse stays still, the cursor disappears. Move the mouse or press any key, and it comes back instantly. ⚙️ Make it yours • Hide after — choose the idle delay, from a quick 0.5 seconds up to 10 seconds • Fullscreen only — the default; the cursor hides only while you are in fullscreen • Everywhere — hide it across the entire page, useful for reading, presentations, or kiosk screens • Master switch — turn Poof off everywhere without losing your saved website list 🔒 Website access under your control Poof requests no website access when installed. When you add a website, Chrome asks for permission to access that website only. Remove the website, and Poof releases the permission. Your website list and settings are always visible in the extension popup, so you remain in control of where Poof runs. No analytics, no tracking, and no external requests. Everything stays inside your browser.
