Even if you work from home or in an office, this extension will help you to stay focused and be healthy at the same time. Pomodoro GYM sends you a notification every couple of hours with a workout to do. Be more fit and boost your productivity. Configure the exercises and how often you want to see them. Deactivate the workouts you don't like or don't feel confortable with and let the extension pick a random one for you. NEW FEATURES: - Now it's possible tu create your own workouts (or anything else!) and used them along the default workouts. - Countdown for the next notification has been added on the settings panel.

This helps me get up and move around every now and then. I love the fact that you can set up the timer for when you want to get the reminders and it will just give you a random exercise to do!
