PolyFills for Windows 7 Chrome

Fixes specific sites that are broken in Chrome on Windows 7.

Injects javascript to handle features that don't exist on Windows 7's version of Chrome. This includes things like CSS4's ":autofill" selector, Set.prototype.difference, Array.prototype.toSorted, and "document.hasStorageAccess()". Note that the functions described above are not actually re-implemented, just stubbed out enough to work. I would happily accept suggestions of which polyfills to use for each function. This fixes my issues with: - paypal login - immich - nest thermostat (home.nest.com) - autotrader.ca The required screenshot shows the nest webpage working in Chrome 109. Note that this extension is intended for Windows 7 Chrome 109 and older. I am unable to test on any newer version of Chrome, so use is at your own risk (and shouldn't be necessary in the first place).
