Political Lens shows the political leaning of a news article at a glance. On a supported news article page, click the extension icon to open an analysis panel. With one click, it analyzes the article text and gives you a left (progressive) / right (conservative) score (-50 to +50), the key topics and keywords, and a short explanation of the reasoning. [Features] • Political-leaning score for the article you're reading (Strong Left ~ Neutral ~ Strong Right) • Key topics and keywords extracted from the article • A brief explanation of the reasoning behind the score • Sign up / log in to save articles and keep an analysis history [How it works] The article text is sent to an analysis server where an AI evaluates leaning based on framing, policy preferences, word choice, and emphasis. It does NOT judge truthfulness — it only analyzes the article's perspective and framing. Analysis runs only when you open the panel on a supported news page, and only for the article you're currently viewing.
