Overview

Adds an overlay that shows the effectiveness of each move against the enemy's types in PokeRogue for single and double battles!

This extension provides an overlay, while choosing a move, of the effectiveness of each available move agains the enemy pokemon. This is accomplished by hooking the text rendering function and some simple partsing/logic. It supports both single and double battles!
