Track airline, hotel, and credit-card rewards balances locally.

Points Tracker keeps supported airline, hotel, and credit-card rewards in one encrypted local ledger. Track up to four people in one Chrome profile, each with separate program selections, account balances, member numbers, manual values, and reminder history. Everyone who unlocks this shared vault can access every person's records; people do not have separate PINs. Use the person tabs to switch ledgers, add or rename people, and Manage to choose their programs. The first person remains the default and cannot be deleted. Other people can be removed after confirmation. Visit an enabled account page while the vault is unlocked to capture supported fields, or enter manual values. Ownership matching and on-page confirmation keep unfamiliar accounts with the right person. Related United MileagePlus, Pool and TravelBank balances use one ownership confirmation. On supported bank pages, Refresh Points opens a person picker and shows progress and the saved balance in one panel. It opens the rewards page when needed. Airline and hotel refreshes show a non-clickable activity indicator. Both on-page controls can be dragged for the current page; their position resets on navigation. Sign in directly on the provider's website. Points Tracker does not ask for provider passwords or read cookies. Each requested refresh has one five-minute deadline, including sign-in and verification. Cancel is available. A failed or expired capture preserves previous values and leaves the provider page open. Manual values stay protected unless you confirm replacement and a capture succeeds. Your local vault is encrypted with a PIN of at least four characters. Older vault text passphrases remain supported. Lock when Chrome closes is on by default; closing just the popup does not lock it. You can turn it off to remember access across restarts. This stores a usable key alongside the encrypted ledger in the Chrome profile; someone with both can decrypt the ledger without your PIN. Manual Lock removes remembered access. Change this choice in Setting. Export creates an encrypted backup protected by a separate backup passphrase. Import replaces the whole ledger. Older valid plaintext backups remain supported and are encrypted when saved. The publisher cannot recover a lost local PIN or backup passphrase. Optional Expiry Reminder notifications cover 30, 10 and 5 days before confirmed exact dates, with one catch-up notice for missed milestones. Enable the toggle in Setting, then allow Chrome notifications. Notices include the person’s display name and program name, but no balance, member number, or exact expiry date; checks pause while locked. Month-only and calculated inactivity dates do not trigger desktop reminders. Capture depends on provider layout, sign-in and page access. Hyatt's N/A expiration reflects the configured cardholder profile, not a general expiry rule. Expiration warnings ask you to refresh and verify. Rewards data stays in your Chrome profile. There is no rewards-data server, sync, analytics or advertising service. Report opens your email composer without attaching ledger data or diagnostics. Guide opens the public instructions.
