SocialFaktory turns the page you are looking at into content for your brand. Click the toolbar button on an article, a product page or your own site, or right-click any link to save it for later. On our servers, SocialFaktory reads the address you act on and writes the post, which you can schedule to your channels, or makes the video, which waits for you in your account. The extension never reads the content of the pages you visit: it sends us the address you choose, plus what you type or pick and your sign-in. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS - Sign in: connects the extension to your SocialFaktory account. - Storage: keeps your sign-in, the brand you last picked, the post or video under way and your swipe file in your browser. - Context menus: adds "Save to my swipe file" to the right-click menu. - Active tab: reads the address of the tab you act on, only when you click. The extension talks only to SocialFaktory. Opening the popup loads your brands, their channels and the actors you can pick. When you act, it sends what that action needs: the brand you pick, the address of the page or link, a draft you paste, the post text with the channel and time you pick, and what you fill in for a video (the product name, the line the actor says and the actor, or the length and shape). While a post or video is being made, the extension checks with our servers how it is going. Requests carry your sign-in tokens, which the extension renews when they expire. Saving a link to your swipe file sends nothing. The extension runs no scripts on the sites you visit, never reads your browsing history and sells no data.
