I just did and I did not get my 400 points I don't understand what's going on

I just noticed that I've been did the extension and never got my 400 points. what's up with that?

Will not reward me my 400 points. Scam app. probably malware!

I've had problem after problem with this freaking app.... I've continuously had to contact the support team to even get points awarded to me. I didn't even get the 400 points for downloading the chrome extension. They told me to just not play the game when I had already completed the levels I needed to get my points. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but they need to fix this issue.

I have the Chrome along I play the games as well for points, the game worked to a certain degree but then one I got to the next award it didn't pay out and I have reached out to support to redeem the points. As well the chrome doesn't work, I downloaded it and I didn't receive any credits. Outside of the that the app is really good and simple to use but they could do better when being able to connect devices and accounts and ensure points are being redeemed.

Added to my chrome on my computer and no points were awarded.

having same issue as last review .wont finish and wont give points

Love the app but this chrome extension does not work. It has been pending since October 2023 and it is now April 9, 2024. I was told to logout and log in and it still is pending. I just wish they could remove the pending. UGH!!!!

Love the app. But have had 400 points pending from the Chrome extension since December 29, 2023. It's now 4/1/2024 and I should have 4,997 points instead of 4,597 points. What is going on Pogo?

your extension isnt working and you location has issues even with all access and suuports. game support is unreacable. it started out good....
