I'd like to request a refund

The game doesn't support the Colemak and Halmak layouts, which was the purpose of this purchase. The program looks nice, but it doesn't fit my use-case.

Possible refund?

Hi, I'm new to chromebooks and the chrome app store. I bought your app for my son, but apparently can't share a chrome app from my account to his. I don't need this app. Can I please get a refund so I can buy it with his account? I guess in the time I spent researching I missed my 30 minute window.

Disappeared but bought

Hi - I had bought the original type fu (grey background) and it no longer appears in my apps. When I look it up in the webstore it does not show that it has been downloaded or purchased. It requires an additional purchase, which I already have.

we wanted to purchase one user to test it and if we like it purchase 90 licenses. google suite for education wont let us purchase through the web store. how can we purchase directly

App Won't Launch

I have been a long time user with a premium copy, and recently when I tried to run the app, all I got was a loading screen saying "validating license, please sign into chrome to continue"
This makes no sense as the account used to purchase, download and install the app are all signed in to this device...
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it didn't help!

Is there a way to make a bulk purchase for an institution that needs the app on 60-90 Chromebooks?
