BuyersJourney puts every open buyer conversation, and every live signal from your buyers' portals, in a side panel next to whatever tab you're already working in — your CRM, your inbox, wherever your day actually happens. **Conversations, sorted for you** Every buyer with an active portal lands in one of four lanes: new messages waiting on your reply, conversations you've recently answered, portals with no conversation started yet, and drop-offs — buyers who've gone quiet past your team's own threshold. A message you've read but haven't answered stays visible as a task; it doesn't disappear just because you opened it. **See what buyers are doing, live** The Engagement tab rolls up material views, downloads, bookings, and roadblocks into one feed, with anything from the last 15 minutes called out as "Active now." Three page views from the same person read as one buyer being active, not three separate events to sift through. **Before you reply** Every conversation opens with the context that actually matters: how often this buyer has been active, which materials they keep returning to, and any roadblocks they've raised — so you're never replying cold. **Reply in place** Send a reply from the side panel and it lands in the buyer's portal immediately — no switching tabs, no separate login. **Find anyone, mid-call** Search by name, email, or company across your whole book of business. Results outside your own filter are marked so you never mistake a colleague's account for your own. **No separate account** Sign in with the same BuyersJourney credentials (including Google or magic-link) you already use. The extension sees exactly what your own BuyersJourney dashboard shows you — nothing more — because every query runs under the same permission checks your account already has. --- ## Privacy practices → Single purpose description BuyersJourney is a companion side panel for the BuyersJourney web app. It lets a signed-in sales rep view and reply to their buyers' portal conversations, and see live buyer engagement (page views, downloads, bookings, roadblocks raised), without leaving the tab they're already working in. It has no purpose beyond mirroring and acting on the same buyer data the rep's own BuyersJourney web dashboard already shows them.
