Launch Podium easily from your favorite apps and websites to instantly connect with customers via text.
With Podium Pass installed, the extension quickly scans apps and websites for mobile and phone numbers. When it finds a number, the Podium icon appears. You can then use various actions—such as texting, calling, creating contacts, or sending a payment link to your customers. You can also highlight and right-click any number to jump directly to your Podium inbox. New: View conversations: Instantly access your Podium inbox to view ongoing or past conversations with customers right from your browser. Send messages: Start and send messages directly from the extension, making it effortless to follow up with leads or customers. Create contacts: Add new contacts to Podium seamlessly whenever you find a phone number on any website or app. Podium Pass helps you: Save time by moving conversations from your web browser to Podium in just one click. Convert leads faster and boost revenue by bringing more contacts and conversations into Podium. Save money on costly CRM texting with unlimited one-to-one messaging at a fraction of the cost. Initiate phone calls with a single click, with numbers automatically pre-populated in Podium for quick dialing using Podium Phones. Collect payments effortlessly by hovering over the Podium icon and clicking the payments button. You’ll be taken to Podium Payments to complete the request. For times when you prefer fewer interruptions, simply disable Podium Pass on selected websites through the extension settings. Easy! Note: This extension is currently in beta.
