PNR Assistant
Overview
Helps travel agents complete and check Amadeus PNRs and adds the required remarks in one click.
PNR Assistant works alongside Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, in the browser's side panel. When the agent clicks Check PNR, it reads the PNR and its TSTs and guides the agent through completing the booking, one step at a time: - Booking: recognises the product (air booked in the GDS, or NDC) and the travellers. - Selling price: shows fare, taxes and total per ticket and adds the ticket remark, with the selling price (excluding taxes) when it differs from the purchase price. - Invoice references: asks for the references the customer requires, for all travellers or per traveller, and removes the reminder remarks once they are filled in. - Savings: for customers that track them, offers the fares and adds the savings remark. - Automatic invoicing and the agency's standard remarks. - Several travellers: keep them together, or split the PNR into one PNR per traveller and get the list of new record locators. Each step shows what is still missing; done steps collapse. The agent reviews every command before anything is sent, then clicks Add to PNR. The extension sends the commands in a safe order, re-reads the PNR and, unless the agent switched it off, saves the PNR. Commands are only sent after the agent clicks; the extension never ends or ignores a PNR. Everything runs in the agent's browser: no account, no server, no data leaves the browser. Works with Amadeus Selling Platform Connect. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Amadeus.
