Sanka Monitor gives teams contextual, step-by-step guidance inside approved HubSpot pages. Workspace administrators create, review, assign, and publish playbooks from the Monitor & Guides section in Sanka Flow. The extension displays only the guidance assigned to the current program and page. A server-side kill switch lets administrators stop guidance immediately. Privacy is part of the product boundary: - Runs only on the exact HubSpot application origin approved for the pilot. - Does not read or transmit page text, form values, cookies, CRM record contents, email addresses, browser history, or network payloads. - Sends identifier-only adoption events such as playbook version, step, event type, session ID, and timestamp. - Stores the enrolled device credential locally. Short-lived API access tokens remain only in extension service-worker memory. - Lets only https://lookout.sanka.com/*, https://monitor.sanka.com/*, https://flow.sanka.com/*, and https://app-v2.sanka.com/* ask whether Sanka Monitor is installed. The reply contains only the product name, extension version, installation state, and a boolean enrollment state. It contains no workspace, program, device, page, or browsing identifiers or data. - Requires Chrome storage and scripting. The bundled content script is registered only after the user approves the optional, exact HubSpot host during enrollment. The exact Sanka Lookout API host is the only required network host. The initial release supports controlled HubSpot pilots. A Sanka workspace is required. Signed-in workspace users create a one-time enrollment code from Monitor & Guides in Sanka Flow after installing the extension. Chrome Web Store review does not require a HubSpot test account. After enrollment, the reviewer opens Chrome review demo from the extension popup. That extension-owned page uses the same guide renderer as the HubSpot runtime, contains only deterministic sample targets, and keeps its identifier-only demo activity local.
