Career Gem Autofill

Fill job applications with your Career Gem details and resume. You pick each field and submit yourself.

Applying on a company's site? Click Career Gem in your toolbar. It reads the application form and shows you a list of what it can fill, in plain words, using your Career Gem details and the resume Career Gem tailored for that job. Tick what you want, press Fill my details, check the page and submit it yourself. • Works on the application forms most employers use. On other sites it only offers the basics (name, email, phone, city, links, resume, cover letter). • Attaches your tailored resume and cover letter as PDFs. • Never submits for you. Never fills passwords, payment, Social Security, date of birth, tax or bank fields. • "Show me" points at each field before you fill it. • Connect with a short code you type on careergem.io; disconnect any time from your account page. NEW in 1.5: Needs you. After Sage fills a page, Career Gem reads the page again and lists every question that is still empty under "Needs you". Answer each one right there (type, pick an option, or attach your resume) and Career Gem fills it in for you to check. Answers you type are saved for next time, and you can see, edit or delete them on careergem.io. Sage also learns from the questions it couldn't answer: Career Gem keeps the wording of those questions, never what you typed or picked. NEW in 1.5.1: one Sage button. "Let Sage apply" (Beta) replaces Sage Fill and Sage Autopilot, and the plain fill is now called "Fill my details". An (i) next to each one explains exactly what it does. Let Sage apply (Beta): Sage reads every question, fills what it can from your profile and resume, and asks you the rest. It works through a multi-page application with you: it fills each page, then shows every answer in a review panel on the page, with "Show me" for each field and a list of what still needs you. You can answer those right in the panel, and Career Gem saves your answers for next time. Nothing moves on until you press "Looks good: next page". Sage stops at the final step, so you always submit yourself. It pauses when a page asks you to sign in, create an account or complete a CAPTCHA, and it stops if the application moves to a different site. Sage can make mistakes, so check every answer. It uses Sage credits: 15 per application, 10 with Career Gem Plus, and every page of the same application is included. Demographic questions use only the answers you set in your Career Gem profile, otherwise "prefer not to say". From a job's Resume Tailor tab on careergem.io, Let Sage apply can open that job's application and start with the resume Sage tailored for it. Fill my details requires Career Gem Plus (careergem.io/pricing): it fills in your details and attaches your resume, and you review and submit. Let Sage apply works on any free account with Sage credits.
