XpressApply Candidate Import

Import a candidate with a required email, optional page profile or CV, role and stage, and candidate-controlled consent.

Add applicants and sourced candidates to XpressApply from the candidate profile already open in Chrome. XpressApply Candidate Import is for authorised company and recruitment-agency users. It reads visible candidate profile details only after you click Expand and parse profile. Review every field, select one published role and pipeline stage, optionally create a DOCX from the visible page or upload a PDF or DOCX, then send one candidate-controlled privacy and consent email. Key features: - Parse visible names, contact details and structured profile sections across job boards. - Review and correct every captured field before anything is sent. - Choose the correct published role and starting pipeline stage. - Use no document, create a clean DOCX from visible page details, or upload a selected PDF or DOCX. - Send one privacy and consent email in any language supported by XpressApply. - Keep the candidate outside the active pipeline until they accept. - Delete unaccepted temporary data after no more than 30 days. The extension does not bypass hidden contact information, transmit raw HTML, read cookies or messages, monitor browsing, or parse a page in the background. To let a recruiter move between job boards without reopening the extension, Chrome may request optional website access from the Expand and parse profile action. The permission can be declined or revoked in Chrome. An active XpressApply company or agency account is required.
