Salesforce Status Helper will help keep you logged into Omni-Channel for when those unexpected disconnects occur without warning.

Salesforce Status Helper automates your Omni-Channel status and keeps your Genesys Cloud queue in sync — across both tabs, even when you're not looking. OMNI-CHANNEL (Salesforce): - Auto Queue: moves you Available -> Backlog -> Offline on your shift schedule. - Manual: click a status to set it yourself; it stays until you change it. - Re-checks every 15s and signs you back in if your status slips. - End-of-shift preset: if your window ends mid-case, sets you to Backlog/Offline so you're not pulled back to Available after hours. GENESYS QUEUE SYNC (NEW): - Available in Omni = On Queue in Genesys. Anything else = Off Queue. - Works while the Genesys tab is in the background — stay in Salesforce, your queue still follows. - One-way: calls never change your Omni-Channel status. - Manual override toggle, or turn sync off to leave Genesys alone. - Only the On Queue toggle is touched — never your presence. EXTRAS: - Click "Genesys Queue Sync" or "Start / End Shift" to jump to that tab (focuses it if already open). - Reminder if sync is on but no Genesys tab is open. - Themes, including Sonic Blue and Princess Pink. NOTES: - Won't change your status while 'On a Web Case' (except the end-of-shift preset) — change out manually first. - Omni-Channel status only works on .salesforce.com / .force.com. Genesys sync needs a Genesys tab open. - No Omni Supervisor tab open = possible undetected error state. TROUBLESHOOTING: Press F12 for the console. For Genesys issues, filter by "SFSH" in BOTH the Salesforce and Genesys tabs. Include those logs when reporting problems.
