Xquizit Companion is a recruiter-focused browser extension that connects LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed job posts directly with the Xquizit dashboard. It helps recruiters and hiring managers export applicant details and resumes into Xquizit with a single click, eliminating the need to manually download resumes or copy candidate information. Key Capabilities: 1. One-click applicant export Export candidate names, email addresses, phone numbers, and resumes directly from LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed job posts. 2. Bulk candidate processing Process multiple applicants efficiently and sync them securely to your Xquizit dashboard. 3. Real-time progress tracking A clean floating interface shows live export progress as candidates are being processed. 4. Secure resume handling Fetch and upload resumes in PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats directly to secure Xquizit storage. 5. Duplicate prevention Automatically detects existing candidates so only new applicants are added, keeping your database clean. 6. Naukri Resdex Export Seamlessly export full candidate profiles from Naukri Resdex directly to your Xquizit account. How It Works : Recruiters log in using their secure Xquizit credentials, open an active or closed job post on LinkedIn, Naukri Recruiter or Indeed Employer and click the Export to Xquizit button. The extension then automatically syncs applicant data and resumes to the Xquizit dashboard. Privacy and Security : Xquizit Companion is designed only for authorized recruiters managing their own applicants and sourced candidates. It does not scrape public or unauthorized profiles. It processes only candidates who have applied to the recruiter’s job posts, or candidates the recruiter has explicitly unlocked via their paid enterprise access (e.g., Naukri Resdex). All data is transmitted securely through authenticated APIs.
