pmarcai.com — speed up YouTube, except Marc
Overview
Plays YouTube at 2x — but drops to 1x whenever Marc Andreessen is speaking. Configurable per-speaker speeds.
More ideas. Less waiting. pmarcai.com automatically changes YouTube playback speed based on who’s speaking in supported Marc Andreessen interviews. By default, listen to Marc at 1× and everyone else at 2×. Prefer a different pace? Use the extension’s two sliders to choose a speed for each side of the conversation. FEATURES • Automatic speed switching on supported episodes. • Separate playback speeds for Marc and everyone else. • Adjustable speeds from 0.5× to 3×. • Saved speed preferences. • A popup showing whether the current video is supported. HOW TO USE 1. Install pmarc.ai. 2. Visit pmarcai.com and choose an episode from the library. 3. Open the episode on YouTube. 4. Click the extension icon to adjust your speeds. SUPPORTED EPISODES pmarc.ai works only on episodes listed at pmarcai.com. It uses prepared speaker timings; it does not recognise Marc in every YouTube video. Unsupported videos are left unchanged. Free to use. No pmarcai.com account required. An independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Marc Andreessen, a16z or YouTube.
