When a streamer or chatter has published a PluralChat system, member information appears automatically alongside their messages. No Twitch account, setup or configuration is required to view published systems. OBS Integration PluralChat also includes an optional OBS Browser Source for streamers. The overlay connects directly to Twitch chat, displaying PluralChat member information, avatars, pronouns and colours in real time while providing an integrated chat interface and moderation tools. Privacy PluralChat only enhances how Twitch chat is displayed in your own browser. Twitch chat messages are never modified. No browser overlays are injected into Twitch streams. Member information is rendered locally by the extension or OBS overlay. Only information that a system owner has chosen to publish is downloaded. Recovery keys remain under your control and are never exposed publicly. Avatar images are loaded directly from the URLs supplied by their owners and are not hosted by PluralChat. When using the optional OBS overlay, Twitch OAuth tokens are stored only in server memory for the duration of your session and are never written to disk or permanently stored.
