Overview

Enter your baby's age and wake-up time to get today's suggested nap schedule, with optional reminders.

Wake Window Calculator — instantly turn your baby's age and today's wake-up time into a full nap schedule. Built by Plumi, the baby tracking app at plumi.app. Enter two things — your baby's age and what time they woke up this morning — and get today's suggested plan: every nap window, expected nap length, and an age-appropriate bedtime. No account, no sign-up, no ads. Everything runs on your device. HOW IT WORKS Wake windows are the stretches of awake time a baby can comfortably handle between sleeps. Keep them too short and the nap is a fight; too long and you get an overtired baby at bedtime. This extension uses age-banded wake windows consistent with AASM and National Sleep Foundation guidance: • 0–2 months: 45–75 min windows, 4–5 naps • 3 months: 75–105 min windows, ~4 naps • 4–5 months: 1.5–2.5 h windows, 3–4 naps • 6–7 months: 2–3 h windows, ~3 naps • 8–13 months: 2.5–4 h windows, 2 naps • 14+ months: 4–6 h windows, 1 nap The schedule adapts the way sleep consultants plan a real day: the shortest window first thing in the morning, a short catnap at the end of multi-nap days, and the longest stretch before bedtime. Times are shown as gentle ±15-minute windows, not false-precision minutes. FEATURES • Instant nap schedule from age + wake-up time • Optional reminders: get a notification 10 minutes before each nap window opens and before bedtime • Remembers your baby's age and usual wake time — one click each morning • Past events dim as the day goes on, so you always see what's next • Newborn mode: for 0–2 months, schedules are framed as a loose rhythm, not a timetable • Works fully offline — no account, no data collection, nothing leaves your device PRIVACY We collect nothing. Your baby's age and wake time are stored locally in your browser only. No analytics, no tracking, no external requests. WHO IT'S FOR Parents and caregivers working at a computer who want tomorrow's nap plan without opening an app — and anyone navigating nap transitions (4→3, 3→2, 2→1) who wants a sane starting point for the day. Every baby is different. These are typical ranges based on published sleep guidance, not medical advice — if your baby's sleep worries you, talk with your pediatrician.
