Plug To Connect lets you receive and make GoTo Connect calls directly within your customer service tool. Currently compatible with Intercom and Monday, it provides features such as searching for contacts by name or phone number, creating new records at the end of a call, adding notes to existing records, and quickly accessing contact information. The softphone can be accessed through a floating bubble on the page, which you can freely move around the screen. Clicking the bubble displays the softphone, giving you quick and convenient access to call features right inside your workflow.
