Plug To Connect lets you receive and make GoTo Connect calls directly within your customer service tool. Currently compatible with Intercom and Monday, it provides features such as searching for contacts by name or phone number, creating new records at the end of a call, adding notes to existing records, and quickly accessing contact information. The softphone is available through a floating bubble on the page, which can be moved anywhere on the screen. By clicking it, the softphone opens and can also be repositioned freely.
