Is there way to add time alarm

I need to be reminded of my tasks i add to sticky. Say after a few hours or maybe a few days, any way to add alarm reminders ?

sticky note won't stay on top

say you open your sticky note to get some data while working on a form or such. when you enter the first letter (number) into your document, sticky note disappears. Very frustrating and you don't want to copy and paste. Any possibility of a fix?

Dialog windows lower right corner of the screen. I cannot get them to stop or figure out how to acknowledge them for turn off
