FollowUp Tracker
Overview
One list for everyone you need to follow up with. Gmail, LinkedIn (manual only) and any website. All data stays on your device.
Keep every conversation flowing. FollowUp Tracker answers one question every morning: who do I follow up with today? A simple personal CRM and follow-up reminder list for solo professionals — no bloated software, no monthly fee. Add anyone you owe a next step to — a lead, a client, a recruiter, a collaborator — with notes, a next follow-up date, and a priority. The panel sorts itself: overdue first, then due today, then upcoming. One tap marks someone contacted, snoozes them a few days, or marks them done. - Due list grouped Overdue, Due today, Upcoming, Later - Color-coded status tabs, custom tags, and High / Medium / Low priority — lists sort by priority first - Regular and Compact views: Compact fits a much bigger list on screen - Live search across names, companies, emails, notes, and tags - Toolbar badge showing how many people are due - CSV export and import any time; your data is yours - Works on Gmail, LinkedIn, and any website: on Gmail it can offer the sender's name and email automatically; on LinkedIn everything is typed by hand — FollowUp Tracker never reads LinkedIn pages Private by design: everything is stored on your own device only. No account, no sign-in, no server, no analytics, nothing ever sent anywhere. Free and fully unlocked.
