RSVP speed reader with reader-view extraction, Hebrew/RTL support, focal-letter highlight and typing sounds.

Read any web page faster with Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP). Speed Reader shows one word at a time at a fixed point on the screen, so your eyes stop jumping across lines and you can read more with less effort. How it works: - Click the toolbar icon or press Alt+Shift+R on any article. - A clean reader view extracts the main text (powered by Mozilla Readability). Select text first to read only your selection. - Press Space or click Start reading, or click any paragraph to start from there. Features: - Focal-letter highlight: the optimal recognition point of each word is shown in red and kept centered. - Adjustable speed from 250 to 750 words per minute, with smart pauses on punctuation and long words. - Full Hebrew and RTL support: correct word direction, mirrored navigation and Hebrew interface labels. - Day and night themes (press D to toggle). - Optional soft typing sounds with several presets. - Keyboard controls: Space play or pause, arrows to skip 10 words or change speed, Esc to close. - Progress bar, word counter and time remaining. Privacy: Speed Reader runs entirely on your device. It collects no data, makes no network requests and only reads the page you choose, when you click it.
