Flash player keeps crashing

When trying to load Farmville2, the shockwave keeps crashing bot allowing me to play the game. What can be done to correct this problem?

My computer loads G5 game "Hidden City" without a problem, however I cannot get into any of the areas to find hidden objects. When I click on "search" the game crashes every time. Does this have to do with the flash problem fix? I have it turned on, but it doesn't make any difference.
